Hot air coming directly from the Sahara is expected at the beginning of next week in Lyon to suddenly change the weather. He will be accompanied by Saharan dustwhich will risk filling the skies of Lyon from Tuesday 18 or Wednesday 19 October.
Messy raindrops to anticipate
While summer temperatures will settle in Lyon next week due to these air masses coming straight from North Africa, a cloud of sand from the Sahara could rise in the sky of Lyon.
This could be tinged with an orange color like the many recent meteorological events of this type observed this year.
In addition, in case of bad weather, the ground, street furniture and vehicles such as cars and bicycles could be covered with sand dust from the Sahara. Attention, therefore, to those who plan to wash their car or their windows: better wants to wait for the dispersal of these clouds of sand, expected at the end of next week.
