In the near future, all employees of Lidl Lietuva stores, Kaunas logistics center and administration will receive immune-boosting vitamin kits prepared by the retail chain. They include vitamin D3, magnesium and calcium supplements, vitamin C and multivitamins for children.
“For the first time, we gave vitamin kits to all Lidl Lithuania team members during the pandemic. At the time, we thought it would be a one-off, a kind of wish to resist the raging virus, but the decision received a lot of reactions from employees and even interest from other Lidl countries. this fall, we are giving away vitamin sets to the corporate team for the third year in a row and we plan to continue the original tradition,” says S. Savickienė.
The company’s employees feel more confident and the shopping network provides the opportunity to get a free flu vaccination – both employees and their children under the age of 14 can take advantage of this opportunity.
