Starting next year, the Dacia Jogger will become even more attractive to customers. This family car, the interior of which can transport up to seven people and at the same time it can be obtained (with seven seats) from 434,000 CZK including VAT, is for example in the Czech Republic at the moment clearly the best-selling model in the category of spacious family cars.
Take a look at our photo gallery to see what it looks like from the outside and from the inside.
And that was only available with two versions of the liter three-cylinder petrol engine. Either with a power of 110 hp or 100. This is if the user has chosen the TCE 100 ECO-G version, which can also run on LPG. The more favorable operating costs and, thanks to two tanks for different fuels, also a long range. In addition, such a car is even ten thousand crowns cheaper than the “pure” gasoline version.
However, for a fully loaded car, the performance of the three-cylinder may not have been really sufficient for every driving situation. So Renault decided to start offering the Hybrid 140 version. The number of course indicates the maximum available power of the powertrain.
10 million dacias have already been created. He still wants to make cars with the essentials
Renault intends to reveal the complete technical parameters only during the Paris Motor Show. However, it is practically certain that the device that the French automaker has already tested in the Clio model will get under the hood.
In it, the combustion unit cooperates with two electric motors and batteries. Thanks to the energy from it (it is recharged exclusively by recuperation when the car slows down), even the Jogger will run on electricity most of the time, especially in cities, and therefore without the production of harmful exhaust gases.
The drive unit cooperates with an automatic transmission.
Renault plans to start selling this version next spring.
