Vladimir Putin, President of Russia:
We are actively working within the framework of OPEC Plus. to create stability in the world’s energy resources.”
Obama the leader emphasized that bilateral relations, in spite of everything, are developing and expanding slightly.
Mohammed President Al Nahyan, UAE:
“The situation was difficult – the coronavirus. But nevertheless, despite these conditions, we managed to achieve an increase: we increased our turnover from 2.5 to 5 dollars.
The meeting came a week after OPEC+, in what happened with Russia and the Emirates, decided to cut oil production despite US protests.
The Arab countries of OPEC, including the United Emirates, did not condemn the Russian attack on Ukraine, and the issue of excluding Moscow from the size of OPEC + was not seriously considered. The leaders of the organizations declare that they unite non-state, but common interests.
