Another look at the end of life and palliative care!
As you know, the end of life and palliative care are hot topics and will surely fuel the debates in the coming months. But know that around these subjects there is an association that listens to and supports patients and healthcare teams?
The Etre-Là Toulouse association is made up of people and healthcare teams who get involved with people who are sick or at the end of their life, to listen to them, share, bring comfort… quite simply to be there, by their side.
And we also need volunteers alongside the association!
Becoming a support volunteer means finding a useful commitment and meeting wonderful people in a caring and structured setting.
On the occasion of the World Hospice Palliative Care Dayand for recruiting support volunteersthe association Etre-Là comes to you with the Camion Pallia:

Accompanying means going a long way and experiencing moments of sharing with others, at their own pace. It also means bringing comfort and listening to patients and their loved ones. Through their attentiveness and a warm presence, volunteers provide palliative care support for people with serious, progressive or terminal illnesses, as well as their loved ones. of life can weaken or isolate.
All our actions are granted in close collaboration with the care teams with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of patients and their loved ones. Volunteers benefit from quality support and training.
