The topic of selection and production of queen bees in Bulgaria will be presented at a seminarorganized by the National Agricultural Advisory Service (NSSZ) – Vidin, Agricultural University – Plovdiv and Beekeeping Society “Dimitar Balev” – Vidin.

Grain markets: Clouds cleared, prices continued to rise

The event will take place September 30, Friday, in the city of Vidin12 “Ribarska” str., floor I. The seminar will start at 16:30 and is expected to last until 7:00 p.m.

Participants will get to know the problems related to the poisoning of bees by the pesticides used, and special attention will be paid to methods of selection and production of queen bees in the personal apiary.

During the second part of the seminar, the praises you will learn about the expected conditions for assistance under sub-measure 6.1 “Start-up aid for young farmers” from the Rural Development Program (RDP) 2014 – 2020 and you will be informed about it, be what are the possibilities to support the “Beekeeping” sector on the measures of the Rural Development Program PRSR 2014 – 2020.

The main topics of the information seminar are:

► Impact of the use of pesticides on the health and life of bees;

► Discussion and presentation of opinions and questions by the participants;

► Selection and production of queen bees in Bulgaria;
