František Doseděl (Pirates): Pumps from PRAGUE TOGETHER and cars from SPOL? Post-election mathematics

POLITICIANS IN THEIR OWN WORDS The representative of Prague 3 for the Pirates on his Facebook on September 26 about the results of the municipal elections
As part of the repeated questions “So what will it be like after the elections?”, I would like to briefly (and still without an electronic pencil) summarize Prague 3 and the great Prague:
Since we have 65 representatives in the HMP council and the supermajority is 33 representatives, at least 33 representatives are needed for the coalition. In Prague 3, the situation is relatively clear: TOPSTAN + KDUS and some small parties, or TOPSTAN + democratic liberal bloc (PIRATES, PRAHA SOBĚ AND ZELENI).
However, the situation at the municipality is more interesting. Purely mathematically, the coalition can pass TOGETHER and YES – exactly 33 mandates, this version was even preferred by the leader of TOGETHER before the elections. However, such a tight majority is extremely inconvenient, and just one defector can make the whole god-forsaken effort for Prague parking quite complicated. However, if TRISPD were to happen, SPOLUSANO would already have a relatively safe 36 mandates. If STAN, for example, joined SPOLUSANO instead of TRISPD, it would be an even more comfortable 38 mandates.
Furthermore, we have a coalition in the game on the “existing floor plan”, i.e. TOGETHER + PIRATES + STAN + PRAGUE TOGETHER, which would be a beautiful 48 mandates. But how would pump fans from PRAGUE SOBĚ and car fans from SPOL get along next to each other? They probably wouldn’t be able to stand each other and there is no point in thinking about making room for a stronger TOGETHER. The coalition on the “existing layout”, but without PRAGUE SOBÚ, would have 37 mandates.
And now, grandma, please.
