Volunteer firefighters hit, one to death – RadioMaryja.pl
Three firefighters of the Volunteer Fire Department as part of the protection against cars in the A4 near Chrosna in the Liszki commune near Krakow. One of the men, 38, died on the spot despite being resuscitated. The bridesmaids helped to secure the place after the BMW collided with the moose.
The firefighters took part in the service action of the collision site approx. 3 km from the gates on the A4 motorway in Balice, towards Kraków.
“The driving BMW collided with a half-ton moose. The animal was crossing the highway, the truth is it is fenced off. Nothing happened to the woman. The moose was put down by the vet “- said a spokesman for the Małopolska police, Sebastian Glen.
At the scene of the accident, the management of the State Fire Service (PSP) and the local Fire Service (OSP) were directed.
A few friends of the Volunteer Fire Department drove to the place, but they went sideways, seeing cars on their way – a Mazda, and an Iveco truck.

The 38-year-old died on the spot despite being resuscitated.
There was a prosecutor on the spot who will explain the exact reasons and the cause with the police. The victim’s family was led by psychologists.
