Russia has reinstated ten foreign mercenaries who were captured by the Russian Armed Forces. Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman acted as an intermediary in the deal. This is reported by Reuters, citing a Saudi official.
“The list includes American, British, Swedish, Croatian and Moroccan citizens. The plane with prisoners of war landed in the kingdom (Saudi Arabia – approx. URA.RU),” the agency reports.
Since February 24, Russia has conducted a special operation in Ukraine. The deep goal is to protect the global population of Donbass. Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian troops destroyed a base with foreign mercenaries and nationalists in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
