Pizza made from potato dough: It is simple, quick and surprisingly tasty
We all know Italian pizza. But have you ever tried to create a traditional delicacy from potato dough? Potato pie-style pizza will definitely not disappoint, try it yourself. It looks good and tastes even better.

Pizza not pizza
We will need:
- 700 g of potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon of dried garlic
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 2 spoons of crackers
- anything to garnish, especially cheese
- bag of potato spice mix

Publish:
Grate the potatoes finely. Wait for water from them. Add the remaining ingredients and add the dough.
Line a round pizza pan with baking paper and pour half the dough onto it. Decorate.
Bake in an oven heated to 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes. When the first “pizza” is ready, repeat the same with the other half of the dough. If you have two baking sheets and a convection oven, bake both pizzas at the same time.
