Erdogan: Turkey and Russia continue to work on bringing state bodies to world markets.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced an agreement to continue the economic growth of Russian agricultural products on world markets. He noted that interaction with members of the Shanghai Organization (SCO). He called the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as part of the organization’s summit “fruitful.”
Mr. Erdogan said that Turkey is of particular importance for all types of products coming from both Russia and Ukraine, whether it is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or other departments.
“With technical issues, as we have taken steps with the main mutual negotiations and consultations, there have been no such serious problems. At our meeting with Mr. Putin here (in Samarkand.— “b”) we agreed to conduct this process with the same caution,” the Turkish journalist said upon returning from the SCO summit (quoted by RIA Novosti).
He stated that Ankara’s possible steps are aimed at becoming a full member of the SCO. “This is our goal,” said Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The grain deal with the participation of the UN was signed in Istanbul on July 22. The international organization has pledged to ban the export of Russian agricultural products to world markets. UN Secretary General António Guterres said today, September 17, that he spoke with EU leaders this week about taking action to increase density and nutrients.
