“United Russia” took control of the “communist” Khakassia
On September 10 and 11, 34 election campaigns were held in Khakassia to elect 19 heads and 220 deputies of representatives of municipal education bodies of districts and local levels. The electoral turnout is only 25.09% (in September 2021, 37.4% of the inhabitants of Khakassia came to the polls), which is not at all surprising: after all, the day was hot, the citizens of the family were digging of plant origin, or relaxing in nature.
ALTAI DISTRICT
The election of the Head was monitored by the participants. Another former right hand of the Head of Khakassia, his deputy Irina Voinova (“ER”).
84.87% of fellow countrymen voted for her – almost six thousand people. For comparison: the closest rival got only 5.83% (408 votes).
On September 12, on her pages on social networks, the official published a frank post in which she admitted that it was important for her to trust the residents:
– I have always been honest with you, and in this case there will be no exceptions. It was important for me not just to be kept under the control of the percentage of voters, your trust is important (…). Your support gives me strength and confidence that the Altai region will be the flagship of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Khakassia!
In the past, she has often asked why she left the Government of the Republic.
– When you work in the office, you clearly see the result of your work. I work as a deputy head of the region, I solve global issues across the republic. The tasks that I faced were the development of Khakassia in all areas that I oversaw. We are grateful to our colleagues from outside the state for 12 years of work as one team. This allows me to understand not only the issues of the final sphere, construction or housing and communal services, but also the education, culture, and health systems. Together we do everything for the benefit of the development of the republic. Altai region – the place where I was born, grew up, where I live to this day! I want to apply my wealth of experience for its breakthrough development, she admitted.
ABAZA
The current mayor of the city Valentina Filimonova (“ER”) won 92.13% (3232 votes), while the closest rival – 3.42% (120 votes).
– I confess, I counted on your support and received it (…). Over the past years, together we have learned to work for results. Thanks to our joint work, many of your orders have been realized (…). There are many plans, ideas, new projects ahead to make life even better and more comfortable for all of us. We are sure that together we will definitely sell them and order them to Abaza by the city, if you want to live and work, she wrote on social media.

The working settlement of Abaza, Tashtypsky District, Khakass Autonomous Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, indicated back by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, was transformed into a city of regional subordination.

The city’s previous mayor, Mikhail Valov, announced his resignation in May. For comparison: in the elections, he won 42% of the vote.
TASHTYP DISTRICT
Perhaps the most unexpected election results were obtained in this taiga corner of Khakassia. The largest number of votes was won by 38-year-old self-nominated Nikolai Chebodaev, the head of the Pulankol village council – 48.85% (2391 votes).
In second place is Alexey Dyachenko (“ER”), the head of the district since 2018. 41.72% (2042 votes) voted for him.
– I can’t say anything yet (what I will do next, – “CHANCE”). It will be necessary at least for five years to rest at least once (…). I’ll rest at home for now, and then we’ll see, Dyachenko said IA “Khakassia”.
During the election days, social networks were circulating information about the mass transportation of residents of the polling stations to the polling stations and even the bribery of votes. However, as explained in the Electoral Committee, the facts were not confirmed.
