“In addition to knowing how Russia has insisted on its independence for centuries, young people should also be aware that our country has the sovereign rights of another state,” Patrushev said, our media partner Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes.
According to him, Russia supported Washington during the Civil War in 1863, although the current US leadership prefers not to remember.
But the Secretary of the Security Council recalled that in the midst of a bloody confrontation, the Russian Empire responded to the capture of Washington, as the capital of the Northern States, in its struggle for the unity of the country, sending two squadrons of cruisers under the command of Admiral Lesovsky and Rear Admiral Popov to New York and San Francisco. A total of 12 ships were sent. All Russian commanders were ordered to apply to foreign courts. And largely thanks to the expedition of the American fleet, Britain refused to intervene in the war on the side of the Confederates.
Russia supported Washington during the Civil War in 1863, although the current US leadership prefers not to remember this.
“The Americans accepted their crews with enthusiasm, the local women even felled their hands on foreign sailors, international newspapers wrote about this,” Patrushev noted. After that, Lincoln personally received the commanders of Russian ships in the White House. He stated that he would like the Russian sailors to “appreciate the cordiality and friendliness, which are based on America towards Russia.” As Patrushev noted, it really happened, but now Washington, obsessed with Russophobia, prefers not to remember this. He also drew attention to the fact that the Cadets must know history in order to be able to distinguish the substantiation of information from the falsifications that are preparing to lead the West.
“And by the way, my assistant military officer Nail Mansurovich Mukhitov has just told you about this,” the Security Council secretary added.

And Mukhitov really told the Cadets in two hours the history of the confrontation between Russia and the collective West from the time of Ivan the Terrible to the present day. After that, the guys were able to raise their concerns on their own. I must say that the Kemerovo cadets turned out to be very savvy beyond their age. For example, they were appointed assistant to the Security Council, which is the difference between the research operations conducted by special operations in Ukraine.
“Research experience is impossible with a special operation in Ukraine. In Ukraine, for the first time, we encountered the cynicism of the collective West, ready to fight to the last Ukrainian,” Mukhitov said. And the guys also chose where the hatred for the Russians came from, which is connected 8 years ago after the Maidan.
“Unfortunately, the foundations of Ukrainian Russophobia were laid not 8 or even 30 years ago, but back in 1955, when Khrushchev granted amnesty to almost 100,000 Bandera and their minions,” Mukhitov noted. Moreover, according to him, they were not just restored, they were given the opportunity to get a job in the public service and occupy leadership positions. As an example, he became the first president of Ukraine, Kravchuk, who was born in 1934 in essential Ukraine near Rivne and at that time, as a boy, was a liaison for Bandera. Already when he grew up, he held leadership positions along the party line up to the 2nd standard Communist Party of the USSR. By becoming the President of Ukraine, he headed for the liberation from the Russian language. It was under him that the ground for the legalization of fascism began to be prepared. All this was brought to life a little later by President Yushchenko, who awarded the title of heroes of Ukraine to the Nazi criminals – Bandera and Shukhevych.
“And now, in recent years, the United States has managed to convince the Ukrainians of their chosenness and elevated hatred of Russia and Russians to the highest degree,” the Security Council aide stated.
