Russia and Cuba announce mutual punishment of medical care
It follows from the text of the agreement that Russia and Cuba recognized an agreement on mutual punishment for medical care for military, civil servants and representatives of their families.
The collection agreement includes the actions between the Russian Federation and Cuba of the military-technical ministry of September 28, 2006. The implementation of the deal is entrusted to the departments of the two countries. The five-year agreement is automatically renewed for subsequent five-year periods, unless either party objects to the extension.
“As part of this application, military personnel, civil servants and their families are provided with: primary health care; specialized medical care, emergency medical care,” the document states.
