Restrictions in the field of Russian-Chinese tourism related to the coronavirus disease may soon be lifted. Zhou Liqun, Chairman of the Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Russia, spoke about this.
“Due to the pandemic and environmental protection, China and Russia have been hit by the former. The richest cultural, historical and natural objects of Russia have always attracted tourists from China. The resumption of tourism will be inevitable when assessing the safety of life and health of the citizens of our countries. I am convinced that the day is near when, with full-scale vaccination, tourism bans in China and Russia are lifted,” Zhou said Liqun on the sidelines of the plenary meeting of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2022), RIA Novosti reports.
He is convinced that research into the development of COVID vaccines is already quite advanced. Zhou Liqun raised the hope that soon the state will mutually recognize vaccination passports.
Previously, the director of the Center named after N.F. Gamalei Alexander Gintsburg warned that an increase in mortality from birth is expected in Russia. According to him, in the near future, the mortality rate could be doubled.
