A Debrecen company teamed up with UNICEF for the children of the war – with video
Debrecen – Daniella Villamosság helps support children in Ukraine by setting up donation points and donations.
Since February 24, 2022, millions of children have been forced to leave their homes due to the Ukraine-Russia war. Daniella Villamosság, based in Debrecen, cooperates with UNICEF in a charity program in order to help needy and needy children.

Viola Szlankó, UNICEF Hungary’s director of child protection, said in Debrecen Televízíó’s Evening Close-up program that they always have local campaigns, but since February, the focus of UNICEF’s fundraising work has been the crisis in Ukraine, and in connection with this, they have established cooperation with Daniella Electricity.
Tamás Nagy, the company’s communications and marketing director, said that their operations were also characterized by social responsibility, donations and sponsorship, but the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war prompted them to do even more.
“As a responsible market player, we are looking for ways to do this, and we believe that UNICEF is the most suitable partner for this, since they have more than 45 years of experience in our country. Daniella Electricity can offer material and product offerings for this cooperation”

there are seven and a half million children, two-thirds of whom were forced to leave their homes: they either fled within the country or fled to another country.
He added that the basic infrastructure has already suffered the most significant damage in Ukraine, so that, for example, millions of people were left without clean drinking water.
UNICEF also tries to help locally, delivering food in Ukraine, helping to restore the water network, and supplementing health care. package help points are also operated in neighboring countries, where they provide care and psychological services to refugees. All this is supported by donations, including the support of Daniella Electricity.
Tamás Nagy said that in August, the wholesale lines submitted on their online shopping platform will determine the amount of the first round of donations, which they will double on their own; is confident that the first donation will be several million forints.
Daniella Electricity is present in 31 places in the country, and as part of the cooperation, they set up donation points everywhere, trusting that their partners will join them.
