“The theme of the competition is close to me. I love the place where I live behind beautiful natural reserves and parks, architecture. Since by the nature of my work I often carry a camera with me, many of my shots bear the life of the North-Western District. For example, works with trams were sent to the competition, to replace items with new, more modern ones, and my picture captured the story,” said Alina Kulikova.
In total, more than 800 photographs were sent to the photo contest in 5 nominations: “My native country is wide”, “Innovator”, “Small Motherland”, “In one frame” and “Orthodox Russia”.
