3 cases of monkeypox: open vaccination in Monaco
This Thursday, the Monegasque executive confirmed that, “taking into account the recommendations issued by international organizations”, the Principality of Monaco has a safety stock of JYNNEOS® (Bavarian Nordic) vaccine. The number of doses acquired was not specified but this stock could “to take care of its resident population”.
The government press release specifies that at this time three cases of monkey pox have been confirmed in Monaco, in particular in a resident. “They all had appropriate follow-up and were cured with no complications to report.”
“No symptoms, no risk of transmission”
