It is the young actor Louis Cunningham who will play Louis XVI in “Marie-Antoinette”, the new royal series from Canal+. Or this is none other than the son of Princess Charlotte of Luxembourg, cousin of Grand Duke Henri.
Filming will begin in September. The broadcast is scheduled for the end of this year 2022. Louis Cunningham is indeed the son of Princess Charlotte of Luxembourg, first cousin of the Grand Duke Henry and his siblings. Her father was Prince Charles of Luxembourg (died 1977 aged 49), fifth of six children of Grand Duchess Charlotte and Prince Félix de Bourbon de Parme, and thus the younger brother of Grand Duke Jean.
