A complaint, for “abuse and acts of cruelty” was filed against the individual by the association The 4 pattounes, which also calls for the confiscation of the animal. The individual risks thanks to this complaint 45,000 euros in fines and 3 years in prison. Arrested by the gendarmerie, the perpetrator of the violence was admitted to the psychiatric emergency room. The gendarmes of the city of Castanet are in charge of the file.
