Moscow allegedly wants EU to ease call

In their opinion, Russia formally explains the pumping by a malfunction of the Nord Stream turbine and problems with their return from Canada, to the withdrawal of the control lever for viewing the sanctions check and relying on the support of Ukraine.
At the same time, sources admit that there are indeed technical problems with the Nord Stream gas pipeline, however, according to them, Moscow could supply large volumes of gas, there would be no scheduled maintenance of the turbine, however, with risks for the operation of the pipeline.
Gazprom announced the day before that it was once again managing the flow of gas through the pipeline: from 7:00 on July 27, it has no more than 33 million cubic meters per day. This is 20% of the design capacity.
