Food Zurich offers restaurateurs, producers, culinary new thinkers and start-ups a stage for eleven days. The 7th edition of the Food Zurich culinary festival offers over 100 events in and around Zurich from September 8th to 18th, 2022. Opening in the Jelmoli food market
It all starts on Thursday evening, September 8th: The Food Zurich Opening at the Jelmoli Food Market is already a tradition. This year, the chefs at Zurich’s five-star hotels are cooking “farm to table” and bringing the finest from the region “brutally local” directly to the guests. The young talents of the talent class of the General Vocational School in Zurich prepare the appetizer at the big opening: Swiss “Pintxos”, which they have developed and implement together with their chef de cuisine. From September 15th to 17th, the Sihlcity will be played with exciting keynotes, panel discussions, master classes, screenings, a gourmet event and a Soil Food Market.
