Almost half of the anniversary of the State Duma in the spring session was inevitably prepared by United Russia, or especially its deputy, noted by the head of the party’s sample, Vladimir Vasilyev, at a briefing following the results of the spring session.
“588 revisions were made, 292 were approved. 49% of those who were ready were theirs or colleagues from United Russia, 44% – participation. What is especially important – almost all significant opinions were unanimous. Measures have been taken to improve conditions in general, for large families and businesses. 19 regions refuse loans ahead of schedule, which is associated with the receipt of remuneration. A decision was made to speed up settlements under government contracts in construction – their total amount is more than 2 trillion rubles.”he said.
In turn, First Vice Speaker of the State Duma Alexander Zhukov noted that United Russia, together with the Government, is considering protecting citizens, fulfilling social obligations and supporting the economy, having prepared and promptly adopted a package of anti-sanction decisions.
“This, of course, is a moratorium on business verification, support for leasing, safe work with offset contracts, simplification of antitrust measures, support for the Russian presence. As for the social protection of citizens – exemption from personal income tax exemption for veterans, exemption from taxation in the form of material benefits and interest on bank deposits. Expansion of the rights of parents and children to receive tax deductions for sports and treatment for children.– reminded Alexander Zhukov.
One of the excluded areas of work was a support group for families with children. For this spring session, a series of initiatives were implemented that formed the basis of the United Russia people’s program.
“A new monthly payment has been introduced for families with children aged 8 to 17, and they are already receiving these funds. Multifunctional family centers are opening in the regions, which provide assistance in a one-stop shop. In the near future we will accept a review of the joint hospitalization of parents with children who have restrictions on self-care”– said the vice-speaker of the State Duma, head of the party commission Anna Kuznetsova.
Also, the party and its faction in the State Duma worked on the implementation of the people’s program in terms of ensuring the security of the education sector. The school overhaul program is under control, indicated on the initiative of United Russia, 67 billion rubles are included in the budget.
“We have clarified the norms related to the provision of two meals a day for children with disabilities who are not served in educational institutions, but study in correctional classes or at home. Adopted an audit on common approaches to the day care group. In addition, processes in the healthcare sector are actively developing. In particular, a law was adopted that expands the properties of blood plasma preparations in the production of medicines.
“In the autumn session, work continues on the decriminalization and debureaucratization of medicine. It is necessary to move away from the concept of “medical service” and move on to the concept of “medical care”, introduce the concept of “extreme initiative”, “reasonable risk for owners of doctors”. A separate area is legislative activity aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the Russian army.
“We immediately considered the use of military pensions in Europe this year. As of June 1, the increase in pensions amounted to 19%. At the initiative of United Russia, a law was passed protecting combat payments from write-offs. By an important special consideration carried out by military personnel who have received injuries, they must be held accountable in their positions. We have adopted another law that allows families to receive housing, taking into account children born after the death of the military. In addition, an amendment was made that increases the burden on the child of mothers serving.– said Andrey Kartapolov, Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee.
The humanitarian mission of United Russia also continues. In particular, almost 500 medical volunteers from Russia are already using assistance to individual doctors in the Donbass and in the owning territories within its framework.
Aleksey Dodatko, secretary of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the United Russia party, chairman of the regional parliament, spoke about the results of the parliamentary season in the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
“The most important thing that the government of the region and parliamentarians have done together in a very short time is the spring adjustment of the regional budget. In total, expenses increased by more than 37 billion rubles. At the same time, the regional development budget increased by 15 billion rubles. Funds are distributed among a number of attraction. The deputies were promptly checked for work on the regional law on assistance to victims of the unprecedented fires on May 7. Within three days we worked out this document in the committee of the Legislative Assembly, introduced almost 50 amendments to make the law more effective.
