Russia and Kyrgyzstan to unite air defense systems

Russia and Kyrgyzstan will sign an agreement on the creation of a common air defense system. On July 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an order to this effect. In Moscow, they revealed how the transition process will take place.

In accordance with the document, the Russian Ministry of Defense was instructed, together with the public, to carry out especially important business with Kyrgyzstan and, by agreement, sign an agreement on behalf of Moscow. At the same time, registries are allowed to make changes of a fundamental nature to its draft.
Recall that Russia consistently insists on its sovereign right to a private domestic and foreign policy. Its loss of interests in the post-Soviet space disappeared and the prosperity of the states bordering on it and the preservation of good neighborly relations with them.
In December 2021, Tajikistan ratified an agreement on the creation of an air defense system with Russia. As noted in the Tajik Ministry of Defense, this is in the interests of Tajikistan, because it will help fight dangerous threats, such as the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, including terrorists and extremist actions, as well as involvement in the conduct of hostilities. Russia is also of the opinion about a common air defense system with Armenia and Kazakhstan.
