Azulenca in concert at the Musical Garden on Sunday
This Sunday, July 3, it’s the group’s turn Azulenca to make the show both in the first part, and in the second. This sextet of flamenco offers a show that joins the music, song and dance.
It is led by the choreographer Sylvia Morales Peñas (vocals / palmas / dance), and composed of Serena De Sousa (dance / palmas / backing vocals), Aurore Séguier (nyckelharpa / violin), Pascal Thibaut (guitar / vocals), Max Richard (percussions), and Florian Muller (low).
The palmas are typical percussions of flamenco realize with the claps of the hands. The nyckelharpa, on the other hand, is a musical instrument of Swedish origin. It is a bowed string instrument from the life family.
The group, bathed in Spanish culture, will play in particular at the Musical Garden of Toulouse his last album, “Silbido del desiertio”released in 2018.
