“Towards efficient, streamlined, merit-conscious personnel management”

Administration then strengthened and confirmed the path of the competitions, in which the administration is deeply committed to ensuring that no more insecurity is created over time “.
Two innovative elementsthen, in two attachments, which will lead the parties to sit down again at the table already in July, keeping the renewal of the PA contract as a horizon: “Annex 1, for the definition of the so-called ‘New regime’. It has been talked about for over 10 years, but the conditions have never been created to sit at the table and think about it. Second annex: confirmation also for teachers with respect to the introduction of the open-ended competition system“.
The Secretary of Education, Andrea Belluzzi specifies the objectives, in recognizing the goodness of the work and the comparison between the parties: to have for the school recruitment methods in line with mainly the rest of the PA, but affirms the already high professionalism of the teachers, on which the quality of the San Marino school.
