Tišnov (Brno region) – Traffic on the railway corridor between Brno and Prague stopped today for more than two hours, due to the suspicion that a train near Tišnov in the Brno region had hit a person. The police did not find anyone, although they sent handlers and police officers with drones to the scene. Police spokesman Petr Vala told ČTK. The trains were delayed by tens of minutes. The search ended in the early evening. It is not yet clear exactly what happened.
The traffic was on line 250 in the section Řikonín – Tišnov, the event was reported at 12:41. “It was an impact, we are looking for what the wound was from. According to the Czech Railways website, the initial restriction affected less than a dozen connections, including five express trains and two international connections. The delay could reach more than two hours, for example, the Vysočina express train was delayed by 120 to 140 minutes.
