AVANT loaders – A leader in compact articulated loaders
“The success of AVANT loaders on the world market lies in its lead over the competition and in setting the direction for the development of compact loaders. The success is also due to the visionary founder of Risto Käkelä, who continues to work with highly functional loaders to this day. AVANT produces annually 7.2 thousand loaders“ said Roman Guichen. AVANT produced the first skid steer loader in 1991. In 1995, the first articulated loader was created and two years later the first loader with electric drive. The company returned to the production of electric loaders four years ago.
Avistech offers seven model lines of loaders AVANT, which differ in their dimensions, power, weight, lift height, load capacity and hydraulic power. Next to the row 200 AND 400 a range is also available 500already in operation especially farmers, municipalities and small gardeners, a number 600 suitable for technical services, series 700 for foresters and many 800 for collection yards. The electric version is then marked E.
Loaders AVANT use an articulated steering system. The operator always sits in the middle of the machine on the front frame, from where he has a perfect view of the attachment and the working space. The low center of gravity of the AVANT loaders and the joint that does not tilt to the sides adjust the stability of the machine. Depending on the model selected, either a standard protective frame or a safety roof is available, or four different cab versions can be selected. Selected models are equipped with a telescopic arm. The loading technique is also equipped with a parallelogram, which when lifting tools (palletizing fork, shovel) is always in a parallel position with the pad. Larger models are equipped with load control for greater safety and elimination of overturning. There is also a joystick for control and a system for easy replacement of any tools.
