Martin Gavriely trained a serious accident: It is a miracle that we survived
Martin Gavriely, a 43-year-old presenter who has reappeared in the company after a long time, considers her a good driver. Nevertheless, a nasty car accident did not escape in the past, but it did not cause it. He is already paying more attention.

How would you rate your driving skills?
I dare say I’m a good driver, which is what every woman says. But I’m almost like a guy in this. At one time I was very comfortable in cars, but now I have stopped watching. I choose new ones and I’m a little drowning in it. (laughs) Otherwise, I’ve been driving for over twenty-five years, I started at sixteen in America.

Have you ever cut down?
Of course, I had one ugly crash with my daughter. It wasn’t entirely my fault, because a boy, a motorcyclist, was walking under my bike from a side street and didn’t give me preference. But it was big, I swept a concrete pillar, the car rang twice over the roof, it’s a miracle we survived. It scared me a lot then and I think I’ve been driving much better since then, because I’m more alert and I still have my foot on the brakes. Until then, I drove across the intersection and thought I was green. Only when you break down will you realize that green is not everything. It taught me a lot.
Your daughter gave birth to a daughter, Olivia, last March, you have a three-year-old boy. What kind of grandmother are you?
Useless. I admit. I was looking forward to Jessie having a baby, but I really don’t understand how I managed two small children at the age of forty-two. That energy was much greater twenty years ago. Now that I’ve been watching them for two hours, I’m done. (laughs) They’re the most stupid age. Lee is three and a half, so he’s jealous of Oli. She started walking and found that he had long hair and that pulling him hurt, so they were starting to fight, it’s quite challenging. Sometimes I’m done.

In retrospect, are you glad you had a third child?
I would have ten more children. I would give birth on a treadmill. (laughs) I had a relaxed pregnancy, I immediately took off a pound, everything was fine.
How did you manage to regain your weight?
When you’re on your own, you don’t have a cleaning lady and a babysitter, and you’re still around, so it goes down fast. I had no problems.
