Head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Russia Sergei Katyrin visited Open Studio “Komsomolskaya Pravda” at SPIEF-2022 and told why it is important for Russia to be independent in the capture of technology.
According to him, the Russian Federation and Chinese partners in various aspects of the development of this entire infrastructure “neither shaky, nor roll.”
– We slowed down a lot here. For our part, this treatment is slower. But now the question is how to quickly implement questions. We need to expand the infrastructure. It must be borne in mind that we must be independent of anyone in terms of occupations. “Not from one basket from the West to shift everything into one basket in the East,” – said the representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Katyrin also added that a large number of problems that arise are force majeure.
– Under the INF Treaty, force majeure arises not only because the meeting has been signed. A flood happened there, an earthquake happened here… All directions are energy. She must be independent of anyone. We are a country that is one of the main players on the energy planet. … in terms of gas, oil, coal…
In addition, Katyri draws attention to the fact that there is also food security, which, in his opinion, has recently taken care of the country.
– Agriculture (which was) in Soviet times, has become an exporter. Now we occupy the first, second place in terms of the number of exported consumers, – the expert noted.
As for the issues, according to the head of the Chamber of Commerce, the Russian Federation should “close them from A to Z.”
Some things are just annoying to hear. Furniture makers come to me: here it is necessary from the Chamber of Assistance. We manufacture everything, we have no accessories. Zippers, hooks, handles. Don’t we think so? We are satellites, we can make spaceships,” the speaker summed up.
