“The worst government since the revolution! It robs citizens of their money and their freedom. ”Koudelka couldn’t stop himself

“If the government is headed by someone for whom praise is more important than the price at which our people get gas and electricity, nothing will change,” said Zdeněk Koudelka, a respected Brno lawyer and member of the Tricolor, who repeatedly defeated the state in illegal cases of anti-cancer measures. “The government is robbing our citizens of their savings and is suffering from being robbed by medium-sized traffickers. Fial’s government is also involved in robbing citizens of their right to read what they want by making a vicious attempt to impose censorship. It is the worst government after 1989, “Koudelka does not take napkins.
Great expectations were associated with the arrival of Petr Fiala’s cabinet. The government has even grown by several ministers, including the Minister for Legislation. In your opinion, was this the right step to improve the legal system as a respected lawyer?
Government bills are created in ministries. The ministry is therefore decisive for a quality legislative proposal and it can be fundamentally influenced by the line ministry that heads it. Ministers without a ministry (without a portfolio), which also includes the so-called Ministry of Legislation, do not run any ministry. They are ministers of the second category. Therefore, it does not fundamentally affect anything.

Prime Minister Fiala often defends himself by taking control of the state at a very difficult time, both with the reverberations of the covid and the allied war in Ukraine, and therefore his government has little room to pursue pre-election promises. Do you have the same opinion, or would you expect something different from the government after six months?
Inflation, which is mainly caused by expensive energy, destroys their life savings. The government should secure cheaper gas and oil through direct purchases from suppliers, as Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has done perfectly. Instead, we buy gas from Germany several times more expensive than it is to Germany in Russia. And the electricity, which we produce cheaply ourselves, is then given from our nuclear power plants, mostly owned by states, to Germany, where we repurchase it several times overpriced. The government should immediately abolish the excise tax on gasoline, diesel and gas, which would be a significant anti-inflationary measure. The government is robbing our citizens of their savings and is suffering from being robbed of their energy by traffickers. Fial’s government is also involved in robbing citizens of their right to read what they want by making a vicious attempt to impose censorship. It is the worst government since 1989.
You are one of those lawyers who has been very active in the past in the fight against government measures related to the fight against the covid-19. You have been successful with your lawsuits over and over again. In your opinion, has the current government learned from the mistakes of the previous government?

Purple’s government has not learned its lesson. This proves that the Supreme Administrative Court annulled the extraordinary measures of the Minister of Health War, which prohibited the entry of the unvaccinated into restaurants and hotels. Now the covid faded. However, we are still paying for covid vaccines that people do not want and we will have to throw away. This, too, is robbing citizens of the benefit of vendor vaccine sellers and manufacturers. The Polish government has already refused to supply covid vaccines imposed by Brussels. A sensible government would throw them on Brussels too.
Many people with minor or major concerns are looking to the fall and the possible return of the covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, at the beginning of the year, the government enforced the extension of the pandemic law until November. Was that the right move?
The government has enforced this law hastily, regardless of the legislative procedures in place in the Chamber of Deputies. It needs nothing now and will lose its effectiveness in November. It is a useless law and an example of the power will of a government official.
If I stay with the covidid, do you think we learned from a two-year pandemic? Are we better prepared to deal with similar crises in the future?
I see no difference between the government’s covid policy of Babiš and Fiala, except that Fial’s government has abolished mandatory vaccinations for police officers, soldiers and firefighters. But otherwise it was a show of stupid nationwide measures that ruined the economy, inflicted on inflation and various non-Christian profits of vaccine manufacturers, tests and veils. Citizens have been the victim of lobbying pressure to get a few people rich at the cost of losing a significant number of people.

Although today’s government politician has criticized the previous cabinet for overusing the emergency, I continue to do so, at present because of the management of the refugee crisis from Ukraine. What do you think?
It is an example of the fact that there is no difference in practical politics between Fialová and Babiš’s government. They are overusing an emergency unnecessarily. Aren’t they able to rule in the normal way like previous governments?
Shouldn’t the rules of crisis management in our country fundamentally adapt to the problems of today?
There is a man behind everything. If the government is headed by someone for whom praise is more important than the price at which our people buy gas and electricity, nothing will change. He doesn’t need new laws. We need to have great premieres, as Václav Klaus or Miloš Zeman were in their time, and Viktor Orbán is now in Hungary. But we have what we have chosen.
