On the part of the Zaporozhye region controlled by Russia, a state fund for the manufacturer was created
The State Grain Company was established in the Russian-controlled part of the Zaporozhye region. This was reported to “Interfax” by the head of the provisional administration of the region Yevgeny Balitsky.
“We consider our grain company, it is state-owned,” Balitsky emphasized. The management uses several facilities – Akimovsky, Molochansky, Tokmaksky open type, Pologovsky elevators.
The head of the interim administration said that they had applied to the Deputy Chairman of Appointments of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin with the results of the allocation of 7.5 billion rubles for 500,000 tons.
It is planned that the established company will buy grain from farmers, and the Russian Federation can carry it. “The money is Russian, the grain will be Russian,” Balitsky put it together. “The main thing is that the farmer sells and receives money. It turns out that it was sold no cheaper than $150 per ton,” he said. This price is also average for the Krasnodar Territory for grade 3 and 4 fodder.
There are three important tasks that allow you to get a solution. The first is the opportunity to use the development opportunities of the Zaporozhye region cluster. Establishment of a fund to contribute to the successful resolution of the issue of the upcoming food development. “We are giving a powerful message that Russia is here for a long time if it keeps its grain reserves here,” Balitsky also noted.
The possibility of purchasing both last year’s harvest and the future is being considered. The rest is about 1 million tons, the collection of a new one begins in two weeks.
Grain, which is currently exported from the Russian-controlled part of the Zaporozhye region, belongs to farmers, concentrated in Balitsky. Even if the farmer has left, he sells by proxy. Not a single seizure of food crops of any form of ownership has been recorded. “We are following this rigidity,” the head of the interim administration met.
