Russia excluded from the Bologna Process

Visa regime with Ukraine

Up to seven years in prison calls for action against the security of Russia

From 5 to 7 years in prison with a fine of up to 2.5 million rubles.
Abroad, it will be punishable by restraint of liberty for up to 20 years with a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles, confidential cooperation with foreign intelligence services, seizures or foreign organizations – up to 8 years with a fine of up to 1 million rubles. Switching to the other side in the context of an armed conflict or hostilities will be considered treason – from 12 to 20 years in prison with a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles.
Russia will not comply with the decisions of the ECtHR
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that this deputy will consider the unexecuted decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. The amendment is calculated that Russia will not make decisions of the ECtHR from the moment the RF report on the results of the Council of Europe is received (March 15, 2022), and the payment of monetary compensation under the decisions that entered into force before that will occur only in rubles and only to the account in Russian banks. The decisions of the courts of the Russian Federation have the supreme right over the decisions of the ECtHR.
