Toulouse takes the crown
Toulouse FC won the first U17 National Championship in its history by dominating AC Ajaccio (4-0) in the final this Saturday June 4 in Saint-Quentin (Aisne)
The Pitchouns didn’t! Winners (4-0) of AC Ajaccio, Denis Zanko’s players brought Toulouse FC the first U17 title in its history. Defeated in the final four years ago, the TFC did not miss a second chance to put their name on the competition’s list.
The first period, although disputed, is to the advantage of Toulouse who are rewarded shortly before the break. Served at the entrance to the area, Mechack Niombo Vanangina fired a nice shot from the left which ended its race in the top corner of Timothé Viel (40th).

The Corsicans, who had not taken the slightest but since the start of the final phase, will sink when they return from the locker room. First on a corner badly repelled by the Ajaccian defense and taken over victoriously by Noah Lahmadi (49th) then on a cross shot from the left foot of Niombo Vanagina, who signs a double (63rd).

Stunned, the ACA will collect a fourth and last but after a fine individual feat from Amadou Camara who discovered a dry strike from the right (78th). Ajaccio will not recover: Toulouse wins the National U17 Championship 2022! A dream week for Christian Mawissa Elebi, crowned European champion on Wednesday with the Bleuets and holder this Saturday in the Toulouse hinge.
