Volozh, Kabaeva, Navka: the EU published the sixth package of packages against Russia

In total, 65 Russians, belonging to the number of civilians and those who are considered “propagandists,” fell under the new restrictions.
- Sanctions were also imposed against 18 legal entities, including Kamaz, UAZ, Voentorg and the National Settlement Depository.
- The EU has banned the purchase, import and transit of crude oil and certain petroleum products from Russia. The ban on the import of oil comes into force in six months, oil products – in eight months. A temporary exception has been made for the extraction of oil through the Druzhba pipeline, in most cases, from among the countries that do not yet have an alternative. This is primarily Hungary, as well as Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Bulgaria and Croatia also have the power to ease imports of offshore oil and vacuum gas.
- Three Russian banks – Sberbank, Moscow Credit Bank and Rosselkhozbank – will be disconnected from the SWIFT international financial information exchange system. The same measure applies to the Belarusian Bank for Development and Reconstruction.
- The EU banned the broadcasting on its territory of three Russian TV channels – RTR Planeta, Rossiya 24 and TV Center. According to the EU, Russia uses these channels to “manipulate information and promote disinformation” in order to “destabilize” neighboring states, the EU and important states within it. Other activities of TV channels are not prohibited.

- The EU banned the provision of accounting and consulting services, public relations (PR) services and access to cloud services to Russia.
According to Bloomberg, Russia is losing more than $22 billion a year from oil exports to Europe due to new economic developments. At the same time, in 2022, the sale of oil and gas in the country is 285 billion US dollars, calculated by the agency. On the eve of Russia and other members of OPEC + for the first time in several months decided to increase oil production in Japan’s supernatural plans – by 648,000 barrels per day.
Sanctions against Russia in response to its “military syringe” in Ukraine were also imposed by the United States, Great Britain and several other countries. Vladimir Putin called the verdict illegitimate.
