An analysis by Immoscout24 for Radio SRF shows that there are fewer apartment advertisements in Thun than in Biel BE or Bern. The ads are also much shorter. Means: The apartments are like warm beds. In Biel, the advertisements are online for about 50 days, in the Bernese Oberland metropolis only 30 days.
