Wissam Ben Yedder has scored 27 penalty goals in his Ligue 1 career, the highest total for a player in the top flight in the 21st century (Olivier Monterrubio at 26). The Monegasque captain is also the player to have scored the most goals off the bench in Ligue 1 this season (6). Only Souleymane Camara (26) is registered more than him (16) by coming into play in his career in the elite.
