Monaco invaded by Formula 1 trucks
That’s it, the great Formula 1 caravan is taking up residence in Monaco for the famous Grand Prix which will be taking place in its streets this weekend. The big maneuvers have begun.
As a year at the end of May, Formula 1 makes its way to the Principality of Monaco for the traditional Monaco Grand Prix, which marks the peak of the tourist season on the Côte d’Azur due to the proximity of the event with the Cannes Film Festival. The pilots are already there and some of the others also live in Monaco. The teams have all just brought in all the necessary equipment to prepare the cars and their employees.
The video below logically shows one of the big semi-trailers of the teams, in this case that of Red Bull, which is heading towards the paddock of the Grand Prix. Undoubtedly a delicate moment for the drivers of these monstrous machines whose dimensions are not very compatible with the size of the streets of Monaco!
Starting on Friday
No more traditional Thursday testing, this year the first timed sessions will take place on Friday. This means that from Friday until Sunday, traffic will become impossible in the center of Monaco. As usual, it will be better to avoid traveling by car near the Principality this weekend…
