19-year-old man stabbed to death outside his home amid love quarrel
He was hit in the chest several times. He still managed to defend himself, blessing one of his two attackers in the thigh with a bladed weapon.
A 19-year-old young man was fatally stabbed on Sunday May 22 in the early evening, in Toulouse, we learned on Monday from a police source.

The facts occurred around 7:15 p.m., rue Bernard Ortet, in the Jolimont district, a stone’s throw from Toulouse Matabiau station. Two individuals, each aged 16, showed up at the victim’s home, apparently to settle a banal love conflict. But the tone quickly rose, and the discussion was cut short when knives were exhibited and blows were struck. The victim was thus struck in the chest on several occasions. She still managed to defend herself, blessing one of her two attackers in the thigh with a bladed weapon.

The latter finally collapsed to the ground while the two miners fled. At the same time, the police were notified and a patrol from the Toulouse anti-crime brigade (BAC) apprehended the attackers. One of them was immediately taken into custody while the other, injured, was admitted to Purpan hospital. He will be auditioning soon.
Supported by firefighters and transported in a state of absolute emergency, the victim did not survive. She died at Rangueil Hospital in the evening.
An investigation was opened by the Toulouse prosecutor’s office and entrusted to the Departmental Security. For the investigators, it is in particular a question of establishing the responsibility of each of the two implicated in the death of the young man.
