According to Martin Alec, the spokesman for Prague 8 extended the building permit to the city. Only this decision was annulled by the master due to formal errors.
The Media Channel appealed against the decision to the Ministry of Urban Development, but this confirmed the correctness of the master’s decision.
Therefore, the owner of the advertisement brought the court to court and now, with further steps, the construction company must pay attention to the decision of the judiciary. Kristna Drpalov in the other six LED billboards, which they do not have a building permit.
However, according to them, it is difficult to remove the building. What happened in the case of the big billboard at the Nuselsk Bridge took me 16 years. The decision to remove the controversial billboard at Nuselsky Bridge did not last long. Eventually, the trial was removed because the house designer argued that the advertisement violated his copyright to the buildings.
