REVIEWS: Two-headed Radiohead in Prague dreams of rock and rock burcellas
Over time, Radiohead has developed into an elusive body from the fair tradition of the guitar, which will go its own way with music, without any dogmas. Not the cadmi of the old fans wanted to follow their path, but Radiohead and their frontman Thom York suffered greatly.
Yorke was free in the words of his work, and this is no different in the case of The Smile project, in which he met with the band Jonny Greenwood, among others the original creator of music films, a collaborator of the director PT Anderson.
Going to The Smile concert doesn’t mean getting a light version of Yorke’s and Greenwood’s home band. Of course, we find the commonplace points, but they relate to access to music not in specific procedures.
As the debut album A Light For Attracting Attention put it, and the concert multiplied it, the three great musicians, who heard each other perfectly, as if they were making music here and you, grabbed tricks of melodies flying in the air and confused their songs.
Ned is not sure which of these had the main word and which two to watch. No one was the main driver, they were all those. Attention went from one musician to another, and the brilliant playing of drummer Tom Skinner could not be fed. Its composition, with absolute lightness and brilliance played out rhythmic patterns, intertwined with gradually graded melodic motifs, with which The Smile played labunically, developed them and applied to them a delightfully intoxicating sound of color.
Both dreamed of psychedelia guitars climbed from their strings, as from the Pink Floyd ranches, and elsewhere, thanks to mathematically accurate rhythms, they evoked German krautrock, bands such as Can or, for example, the Danube. They didn’t play their instruments, Yorke played guitar, bass guitar and keys, Jonny Greenwood also played guitar with a bass guitar, which he rang, and he wasn’t afraid of the harp. They both jumped off the keyboard from Tom Skinner.

The feeling, mood and emotion aroused their performance and thanks to the idea, the elite and the top tasteful scene quite and enough. At times there was a lot of music and again, other times the high voltage gradually unleashed. The musicians showed what a taste and joy it was to get into the songs, it was not a day cold academic performance.
The complete debut album was recorded, only with a great number of songs, Pana-vision was released, and You Will Never Work In Television Again was recorded at the top of the block. A whole new song, Friend Of A Friend or Yorke’s words Feeling Pulled Apart By Horses, was played in the rung.
If I wrote about the Rammstein concert recently, that it was a social event, it was nice to see and be seen, The Smile concert was a rare experience that will be the subject of a conspiracy ukanda for a few days.
