With their recent statements about the Founding Act of the Russia-NATO alliance, it actually gives a free hand, and now one can expect “loving nasty things” from it. This was written by the Deputy Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in his Telegram channel, the NATO office informs that the document will not be accompanied by unification in the East.
“The implications of this move are cross-country: you can raise nuclear weapons on new member countries (for example, in Sweden and Finland), conduct provocative exercises at nearby borders and do all sorts of nasty things. They wrote this before, but at least there was this political declaration, which we referred to when we were dissatisfied with their rudeness,” Medvedev.
Formerly head of the Military Meetings Committee Robert Bauer stated that the Founding Treaty between Russia and NATO of 1997 does not contain the North Atlantic Alliance from joining the East. Details.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated that the Russia-NATO act is no longer manifest, back in August 2022.
