“United Russia” on the basis of a vocational school in Starobelsk, Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), by September 1, held the first cadet corps, designed for 350 children. The future site was visited by the Secretary of the General Council of the party Andrey Turchak together with the Head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik. This was reported in the press service of Germany.
“We will open the first Cossack cadet corps for 350 places for children from 12 years old. It is supposed to deal with children from Starobelsky and nearby territories, including orphans, ”Turchak said, investigating that it is planned to open 3-4 premises on the territory of the LPR.

Our paratroopers will take patronage over the cadet corps, ”explained the Secretary of the General Council of Representatives. He also noted that the vocational school, on the basis of which the opening of the cadet corps is planned, will be transferred to another building and will soon resume work.
Turchak’s visit to the LPR took place as part of the regular humanitarian mission of United Russia. The delegation also included Deputy Secretary of the General Council of the party Daria Lantratova and Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS countries Artem Turov. Earlier it was reported that a group of headquarters for humanitarian cooperation was created to help Donbass. It will include deputies, representatives of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as volunteers. The headquarters will deal with logistical issues, coordination of volunteers, prompt response to requests for help.
