“We are now preparing the opening of the first branch of TsMRBank. This will be the first Russian bank. It is planned to open branches in the near future. They responded very quickly, worked, took our employees for training. In total, seven branches are expected in the city, but we will proceed from demand,” – Danilchenko said. .
Ukrainian banks are actively working in Melitopol, said the interlocutor of the agency. It is permissible for city authorities not to be subject to credits there.
She clarified that the start of the work of the Russian bank is necessary, among other things, to replace work at industrial enterprises. It is expected that a common payment system will be considered for about three weeks. This will make it possible to start purchasing vegetables in Russia and selling finished products.
Now the Melitopol factories, which mainly produce spare parts for cars, have been stopped. The owners of some of them left the region. The authorities are considering the possibility of installing a temporary office there.
