1. Northern Omnivore
Here is something to tempt our taste buds on the Opal Coast this weekend. Until Monday runs the Omnivore North loungein Touquet.

Alexandre Gauthier and his teams offer a tour of the restaurants on the main square of the village, to discover emblematic products and dishes of the region. From 7:30 p.m. 300 places for a price of 60€, ticket office to be found on omnivore.com.
2. Cubanista, la nueva vida
Competition atmosphere at the Casino Barriere this evening: the public will be strongly involved with this real show “Cubanista, la nueva vida” with 15 live artists including 7 musicians, in a festive and colorful universe.
This latest choreography has been selected to compete in the 2022 Musical Comedy Trophies, the 4th edition of which will be held on June 20, 2022 at the Théâtre du Casino de Paris. At stake, artistic awards designated by a jury of professionals, more than 70 recognized journalists regularly promoting the musical.
“Cubanista, la nueva vida“ : directed by Alexis Meriaux is selected in 2 categories:
- Musical Comedy Choreography Trophy;
- Public trophy: public votes take place until Friday 29 at 11:59 p.m.!
3. Maubeuge International Jumping
A great show, for a family outing this weekend in Maubeuge. It is the unmissable event of the Sambre basin and the Hauts de France region: the Maubeuge International Jumping which runs until Sunday.
A great show, because it brings together around thirty nations and some of the best show jumping riders, who have come to try to win precious points for the world rankings or a qualification for the biggest events in the world.
Great spectacle again, because this jumping takes place in an exceptional site: the fortifications of the city.
It is ranked among the 20 biggest French competitions, a great sporting moment not to be missed.
4. Trio Valhalla
Music with the band’s “Tribute to John Zorn” album Trio Valhalla released this Thursday, April 27. The group Valhalla Trio is the rising star of jazz in Lille, their album led by pianist François Ella-Meyé, is a tribute to musician John Zorn.
5. The Chtis Collectors
Charity evening in Roubaix thanks to the association The Chtis Collectorsassociation created 4 and a half years ago, by Antoine Canonne to fight the cancer that killed her father. It offers an auction that will delight athletes: if you dream of owning Benzema’s jersey, Lizarazzu’s shoes or even boxing gloves or cycling outfits, go Saturday at 6 p.m. at the STAB in Roubaix.
Anthony Canonne had the idea of removing jerseys and sports objects from great professionals to offer them at auction for the benefit of research against this disease which affects everyone, more or less closely.
A total of 83 lots, whose overall value is estimated between 9,000 and 14,000 euros. All lots are visible on the site interbidding.
6. Belgians
Our Belgian neighbors are in the spotlight at the LAAC in Dunkirk. Belgians this is the exhibition offered by the LAAC until October.
A major exhibition on post-war Belgian creation to (re)discover the great artists of “little” Belgium through the collection of Maurice Verbaet. It is one of the most important in Antwerp, a collection that covers all styles from geometric abstraction to Pop art, including figurative gestural expressions.
7. Ocean
Another exhibition, which takes us to the heart of the big blue. Ocean is a traveling exhibition that tells the story of European maritime history, the role of the ocean for the future of the planet, its economy, science…
To see in particular, a drawn fresco 40 meters long and more than 2 meters high, films projected on flat screens and an inflatable dome 10 meters in diameter, housing the projection of a 360° film for an experience immersive.
Océan will be loaded at 6 p.m. by the Dunkirk skipper Thomas Ruyantfollowed by an electro concert with the French artist Moleculewho embarked 16 microphones on Thomas Ruyant’s boat to create a work on the Vendée Globe.

8. Max M
Max Man artist from Valenciennes unknown to the general French public, but who made a name for himself on social networks, in particular with his 1st single “Coming Through” Passionate about music and self-taught since his adolescence, he first began a professional career, to finally decide at the age of 40, to take piano lessons and return to his first love: composition and production.
Supported by many DJs, he has met with undeniable success on local radio stations and in international competitions. He just released his new single on Thursday April 28, “Under Water”.
