an already very positive initial assessment
The administrative procedures are mandatory and sometimes complex steps for all citizens, but the Principality of Monaco strives to simplify them for its citizens.
Five months after the launch of the MonGuichet.mc website, it is already time to take stock. With the Extended Monaco program, the Government wishes to dematerialize its possible administrative procedures as much as possible. Already 80 forms of daily life could be done in two years, but they were scattered on the sites of the institutions in question.
MonGuichet.mc allows you to centralize everything in one place. It is, for example, possible to apply for state housing, residence permits or even scholarships.
A platform that benefits everyone
The practical aspect of the site and its simplicity convinced: according to the Government, 80% of users now prefer to go through MonGuichet rather than travel.
Dematerialization also benefits state agents and civil servants. They can respond to requests more quickly and easily.
The site aims to expand its approaches to support the population in the key moments of life. Each form is available in English and a call cell exists when needed, making the site accessible and inclusive.
According to Frédéric Genta, Interministerial Delegate in charge of Digital Transition: “ The excellence of the quality of services in the Principality today makes Monaco a model in the digital world. By refocusing on services to our users, our Administration makes a major contribution to the attractiveness of the Principality. »
