Russia to hold an informal meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in Ukraine on May 6
Russia will hold an informal meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in Ukraine on May 6, said Sergei Leonidchenko, adviser to Russia’s representative to the UN.
“If you want to know the real situation on the ground, come to the Arria Formula meeting on May 6th. We will choose a platform for a free speaker working on the front lines to show you facts, not fakes,” he said.
On Wednesday, April 27, a meeting of the UN Security Council on the “Arria formula”, convened by France and Mexico, was held at the UN Headquarters, at which the participants made accusations against Russia. The Russian spokesman denied these accusations. Leonidchenko said that fakes were organized and prepared about the events in Ukraine, for example, about provocations in Bucha.
Sergei Leonidchenko in Ukraine focused on the fact that the denatification will be completed, those responsible for the crime.
“Torture centers in the 21st are really unthinkable, there is a lot of real evidence, eyewitness revelations that the SBU [Служба безопасности Украины – ред.] created a secret torture center at the Mariupol airport, officially called a “library”,” the diplomat said.
“The perpetrators of these and other terrible cases will be brought to justice. No one will leave Ukraine’s denatification will be completed,” he added.
