Very good news for Krépin Diatta!
Away from the lawns since November 2021 due to injury, Senegalese international Krepin Diatta has shown reassuring signs about his clinical condition.
Indeed, in a video, we see the Monegasque player touching the ball and doing physical exercises. Which suggests that he will soon be ready to play and join La Tanière in view of the Qatar 2022 World Cup (November-December).
The former player of Bruges (Belgium) missed the African Cup of Nations (Can) won by his teammates. He also did not take part in the two confrontations between the Lions of Senegal and the Pharaohs of Egypt at the end of March for the qualification for the World Cup.
Present at the inauguration of the brand new Stade du Senegal on February 22, Krépin Diatta gave reassuring news that the worst was now behind him. “I can’t comment on my return, but what is certain is that I feel much better. I resumed the race and I think the worst is over. I am in the recovery and strengthening phase. I’ll meet soon, “suggested the Senegalese community.
