“United Russia” held a mass event with the regions on the admission campaign-2022
There was a large meeting of participants on the procedure for entering universities.
The organization of the admission campaign in 2022 was devoted to the first direct line of United Russia with university rectors, school directors, senior classes and their parents from all over the country. They received an initial case to the coordinator of the direction of the people’s program “Modern Education and Advanced Science”, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education Olga Kazakova, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Science Alexander Mazhuga, the Minister of Science Valery Falkov, the Deputy Minister of Education Dmitry Afanasyev and the head of Rosobornadzor Anzor Muzaev.
According to Valery Falkov, by the beginning of the admission campaign, with the support of United Russia, the super service “Admission to universities online” was improved.
“A huge number of graduates accepting the call through the State Services, documents for recipients. The service allows you to exercise the rights – for applicants in electronics, how it can be implemented. And we have seriously strengthened the agreements with universities and covered all issues,” said Valery Falkov.
He also noted that this year universities have an unprecedented number of state-funded places – 580,000. Most of all – future, pedagogical and engineering. Also, another 30,000 budget-funded places in the magistracy have been created.
In turn, Alexander Mazhuga recalled that the number of budget places was increased on behalf of the President and with the support of United Russia. An additional 45,000 seats have been allocated.
United Russia also supports an increase in graduate places by 30,000. This is an opportunity to improve your skills and be more in demand on the labor market,” said Alexander Mazhuga.
He also noted that the party, together with MGER, will control the renovation of student dormitories, which initiates and attracts funding from the United Russia budget.
“We have achieved that at least 300,000 square meters of hostels across the country will be repaired. And we expect a reaction from you – when you are a student – in order to understand what conditions meet the requirements that you make, ”Alexander Mazhuga reworked to high school students.
They, in turn, were interested in exams and benefits for admission to universities. For example, students from Primorye are interested in questions of creative achievements when entering music. First Deputy Minister of Education Dmitry Afanasiev noted that great achievements are expanding every year, and each university has its own achievements. TRP badges, metal, silver and bronze, will also be selected. The issue of accounting for creative achievements “United Russia” is working with the Ministry of Culture, said Olga Kazakova.
“The TRP has exact indicators. They are derived and can be calculated according to the norm, in creative competitions they are subjective. Together with the Ministry of Culture, we will work on this topic and see if it is possible to create an objective system for assessing achievements in creative competitions, which can be taken as a standard,” she said.
Novosibirsk schoolchildren asked a question about targeted education. Currently, the creation of a unified register of employers who are ready to provide such an opportunity is being worked out, Oleksandr Mazhuga said.
“We communicate a lot with employers at the United Russia site. There is an interesting experience with rare enterprises that are found on the website of the “Targeted Training” section. The initiative to create a single register is being worked out,” the deputy said.
Teachers and schools asked the principal about reducing the bureaucratic burden. A corresponding review has already been submitted to the State Duma, a list of documents that must be filled out by teachers who form a party with the Ministry of Education.
“When we consider consideration in the first reading in the State Duma, we will work on the amendments together with teachers. It will also be necessary to work on the content of the documents that teachers fill out. If there is a duplicate of another person’s documents, the duplicate must be removed. If this can be taken from some digital database of the ministry, we should not take the remanagement of the university,” Olga Kazakova clarifies.
Directly in a straight line, there was a case in the admission campaign of graduates from the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, and compatriots were also accelerated.
“We also took into account all the interests of these children. The State Duma and the Government were adopted at the meeting. If they have a desire to enter a university, this is taken into account in our procedures,” said Anzor Muzaev.
“Expanding opportunities for entering higher educational institutions is a wonderful initiative that is really needed by young people in our time of emergence,” says Daria Gerasimova, regional coordinator of the New School party project, deputy of the Tula City Duma. “Getting more chances for development, graduates gain confidence and also stimulate achievements in different countries.”
