“We can not accept to suffer the far right”
Less than 24 hours after a debate between the two rounds widely followed and commented on, many personalities gathered around Carole Delga, who blocked the candidate of the National Rally.
“We all have a share of responsibility because we hear the dissatisfaction of our fellow citizens and a certain democratic fatigue which results in particular in abstention. We tell them: choose. Voter means taking action. We cannot accept being subjected to the extreme right. »
“It is not an adherence to the policy of Emmanuel Macron”

Carole Delga adds that the ideas of the President of the Republic have been “fought for five years, that they will still be during the next legislative elections”.
“We cannot look away, on this land of Occitania which has a long history with the Republic. Toulouse, the only national event against the far right
Several political figures have agreed with the president of the Occitanie Region. “Sunday, there is a real danger for the Republic. We must beat Marine Le Pen and push her back at the polls. »
A free concert to end the evening
After these speeches, the assistance provided – around 1,400 people – gathered inside the performance hall to say “no to the extreme right” and “yes to the Republic”, before listening to the video messages sent by a few athletes like Lilian Thuram, Brahim Asloum, or even Guilhem Guirado.
Edgar Morin, 100-year-old sociologist and philosopher, also delivered a strong message: “It is a historic and dramatic situation for the world where a wave of authoritarian regimes is sweeping, including in Europe… France risks being engulfed, it’s about waking us up. I understand the anger, the indignation and the fury… But, let’s vote with our hope for the future. »
A last speaking prize before a concert around committed artists, such as Sanseverino, Magyd Cherfi, or the famous DJ Cut Killer.
